So, the other day, I decided that it was time for a change.. AKA new makeup! I always like to try out new names and see which ones I liked best on my skin. I got a variation of makeup, 2 from Laura Mercier and 2 from NARS. Before I started experimenting with the new foundations, I wanted to come with a plan. I wanted to start on a Monday because I feel like Mondays' are the best days to start something new, whether it's a diet, clothing, or a hairdo. Starting Monday, means that it is a new week for new adventures'.

For the first week, I wanted to try out the Laura Mercier Silk Creme Rose Ivory. At first, I was a little iffy about the foundation. I wasn't sure if I liked how it applied on my skin... I did have some bad blemishes that the makeup did not at all cover.  I try to stay away from foundations' that have a scent to them and this foundation had a slight smell that didn't appeal to me. All in all, I wasn't a fan of this foundation so, I moved onto my second Laura Mercier foundation!

The next week I used the Laura Mercier Creme Smooth Porcelain Ivory foundation. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this foundation! This is a whipped foundation which I have been so into lately, I used a little makeup sponge to apply it and it went on so smoothly. This Laura Mercier foundation had NO scent to it which I was glad of.. I have nothing bad to say about this product, it covers and feels so light on.

The second week was up and I decided to switch it up with my two NARS foundations'.

The first product that I tried out was the Siberia Matte foundation. I really enjoyed this foundation, it was a liquid so I used my brush to apply it. I really enjoyed how it felt on my face, it was light, but I still felt like I had something on my face. The only downside to it was that it didn't cover much of my blemishes which was what I was aiming for.. Also, the foundation didn't have a scent which was nice as well, but it wasn't what I was looking for, so I moved on to my second and last foundation!

The last foundation I used was the Siberia Cream foundation. I used the makeup sponge to apply this on and it was SO GOOD! I loved the way it felt and the way it covered so nicely. There was no scent to it and felt light, but did the job.

I have found that I really enjoy whipped or cream foundations'. I would love to know what kind of foundations' y'all use!! I might just try them out!!!!

XOXOXOX
