Howdie! Sadly summer is coming to a close, am I the only one who thinks it just flew by?! I was meaning to post this earlier when I came back from the beach, but I went to camp literally the day after (and I miss it SO MUCH!). Is it possible to be camp sick rather than home sick?

I went to Tybee with my cousin, aunt, and my mom and little sister. The weekend before we left I had a panic attack and wasn't even sure if I wanted to go to the beach anymore, but my mom convinced me that I should just take a break.

I didn't want to take many pictures because I didn't feel 100%, but I managed to snap a few shots of what I thought was cool.

My turtle obsession grows on!! lol

After we spent a few hours at the beach my mom and I decided to go to the local market where there are random boutiques and a maybe 3 restaurants to walk around. I couldn't pass the opportunity to take a picture next to a giant turtle! haha

We went in a little store called Seaside Sisters because we love seeing the little knick knacks they have.

After we had looked around in the extremely hot heat, my mom and I decided to get some gelato next door.

We got mint chocolate chip gelato and it was so good! My favorite part was not only cooling off for a bit, but was actually the spoons because they were little shovels!

Next to where we were cooling off, there was a junk store where people made art or sculptures out of something we would throw away. I wasn't allowed to take pictures unless I wanted to pay $1.00 every time I took one. So I snook a picture of this.. I'm not sure what to call it. haha

Later that night, the 5 of us went to Savannah to visit our grandparents. We were going to go crabbing and fishing, but sadly once we got their, it stormed. We were a little upset, but also really tired so we got to nap and shower. Right after I came out of the shower everyone was screaming for me to come outside with my camera. I told them I needed to get dressed and my grandma responded "no you don't, just throw a towel over and get your camera!" I love you gma!!

This was the first time I have ever seen a double rainbow! After all of the excitement, we had dinner and shared our peak and pit of the day. My peak was going to the market with my mom. I don't remember what my pit was.

When it got darker out, my cousin, little sister and I went downtown for a ghost tour!! Honestly, we were a bit disappointed because we all had out hopes up that it would be just like Ghost Hunters on t.v. It wasn't..

But I took this photo where the maids and slaves used to stay and by the door on the bottom showed a white cloudy looking mark. I don't know if its from the cameras flash reflecting off of the frame of the door, or its that white air vent looking thing on the ground reflecting, or if it's even a ghost!

I hope y'all enjoyed this post. I would love to know y'alls peak and pit of your day!

Today, my peak is talking to my friends from camp and my pit is that camp is over.

XOXOX
