Last night I had so much work to do... and cramming everything the day before school can be a little stressful. Thankfully, my work was not due on Monday, but I'm not the kind of person to cram EVERYTHING the night before. I had SO MUCH reading to do that I wanted to get done and I thought that it would be a good idea to take a nice relaxing bath and read... I popped in one of my new bath bombs I got from Lush called Granny Takes A Dip. (I kind of feel that that is appropriate because I have quite an old soul)
Well, I wasn't able to get through many pages of the story and annotating because my puppy came in the bathroom EXTREMELY excited!
Mila, my puppy, pushed open the bathroom door with her nose and ran to the tub. She jumped up on the side of it, her paws were on the side of the tub... I sprinkled some water over her face, as if it were raining because she finds it fun to try to eat the water hahaha... Mila kept running in and out of the bathroom making it impossible to finish the story and annotating. I decided to give up and read in bed when I got out.
Mila licking up the water HAHA
After Mila kept running in and out of the bathroom, she decided to bring her toy in.. She kept dropping it in front of the tub and started to bark, she wanted to play. I never really did have that nice relaxing bath, but I didn't feel as stressed as I was before.
Mila bringing me her bone to play with HAHA.. She's so cute!!!
I always love lighting candles before I take a bath. I find it so relaxing and the smell of the No.20 candle is so nice! Having candles lit while taking a bath is so calming to me for some strange reason...
This candle is very well lit (see what I did there?) . The smell of this No.20 candle has this fresh and light smell that makes you feel clean and refreshed.
I would absolutely love to know what y'all do to relax or what candles you prefer while taking a bath or even just to light!
XOXOXO
Erin
