Sometimes life gets tough; there's drama, fights, and many stupid things that get people overwhelmed with. I for one did not have the best day in the world tbh....

I don't want to get all mushy and make this whole post so anyone can sympathize with me.. I decided to make a quit post of what I want to do to improve my life. If anyone was wondering; I didn't go through a break up or anything like that, I just had a really bad day.

I have decided that I want to make some life changes to help me become a better and semi healthier person.. I thought these goals for myself might make me a stronger (mentally, physically, and emotionally) person:

                             ❋ Start running
                             ❋ Eating better
                             ❋ Keep a positive outlook as a whole
                             ❋ Be more confident
                             ❋ Speak up (not that I'm quiet, but just in general)
                             ❋ Relax; not be so uptight  

Those were a few of the little things I am going to start to do to make a change and my life and to "start a new"... I think that it's the best feeling to start fresh whenever you feel like it and not just every new year... :)
