The other day I posted about life changes and listed a few things that I wanted to change in my life in order to improve it. Well, one of the bullets was to run more. A few days ago I finally decided to gather enough courage to go out and run. As I was taking my dog out on a walk, it turned into a run.

It was hot, I was thirsty, my dog was hot, thirsty, and EXTREMELY out of breath! But, we had a nice run, setting aside our thirst and want for wind, we enjoyed our walk/run. I felt so refreshed and healthier. I felt so much better about how I felt too.
